  3. 30-minute scoping call. If we move forward, we schedule a working conversation about your project, your priorities, and what kind of engagement structure fits best.
  4. Proposal within five business days. Following the scoping call, you receive a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, schedule, fee structure, and the conflict-of-interest disclosure.
