Under our published Conflict of Interest Policy, no affiliated construction operation may perform contracting, construction management, procurement, or trade services on any project where ACMSP serves as Owner's Representative, Program Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Management Advisor. The restriction is bidirectional: where MCC is engaged for construction work, ACMSP will not accept an owner-side role. This structural framework extends to any present or future development, investment, or real estate affiliate under common ownership with ACMSP.

The firm exists because the construction industry needs a category of advisor that does not exist often enough: an owner's representative built by an operator, structurally independent, and led by senior authority on every engagement.
We are based in Bethesda, Maryland and serve owners on capital projects across the Mid-Atlantic. As the firm scales, the operating model and the standards stay the same.
